KellerNiemann was founded in 1999 by Barry R. Niemann CPC, CIPC, and Phil Keller. Together, they have over sixty-three years of executive recruiting experience.
 
 

 

Phil Keller

Mr. Keller has been a key player in the professional recruiting field since 1995.  He was instrumental in establishing a highly successful Accounting and Finance recruiting division where, while working with many high profile clients led in sales in 1995, 1996, and 1998.

Prior to that Mr. Keller had a successful career in Accounting where he was an Accounting Manager with a sports firm. Through these opportunities, he has perfected his skills in the placement of executives.  He has brought many innovative recruiting solutions to KellerNiemann.  Mr. Keller has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University. 

Barry Niemann CPC, CIPC

Mr. Niemann has been president of two large multiple office recruiting firms.  He is the past president of the National Association of Personnel Services, and past president of the Indiana Association, where he received the Ancil T Brown Award, the highest honor for personnel professionals in the state of Indiana.  Mr. Niemann has lectured all over the country and overseas on employment, as well as testifying before two U.S. Senate hearings on employment and training.  He was also appointed by Governor Robert Orr, and later Evan Bayh, to the State Job Training Coordination Council.
