Meet the KellerNiemann Team
Phil Keller
Mr. Keller has been a key player in the professional recruiting field since 1995. He was instrumental
in establishing a highly successful Accounting and Finance recruiting division where, while working with many high profile
clients led in sales in 1995, 1996, and 1998.
Prior to that Mr. Keller had a successful career
in Accounting where he was an Accounting Manager with a sports firm. Through these opportunities, he has perfected his skills
in the placement of executives. He has brought many innovative recruiting solutions to KellerNiemann. Mr.
Keller has his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.
Phil
has three children, Jack, Will, and Avery, with his wife, Mandy. He enjoys spending time at home with the family and
coaching football and basketball. He also enjoys running and completed the Chicago Full Marathon in 2011.
Joe Abiog
Mr.
Abiog has more than fourteen years of experience in the fields of executive recruiting, sales, and management. He has
received many awards for his sales performance and has consistently met and exceeded all sales goals. Mr. Abiog received
his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati.
Joe
enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel and their three dogs. He is also an active volunteer with the Leukemia Lymphoma
Society through Team in Training. Joe enjoys running, cycling, and swimming. He completed the Rev3 Triathlon in
Cedar Point in September 2011.

Chrissy West
Mrs.
West has over ten years of experience in the field of sales, customer service, and management. She has experience in a
variety of industries including employment, retail, and education. She is from the Indianapolis area and is a graduate
of Indiana Wesleyan University.
Chrissy was recently married October 2011 to Steve. They
have two dogs and enjoy traveling, cheering on the Colts, Saints, and LSU Tigers.

Carl Florian
Mr. Florian has over ten years of experience in the field of executive
recruiting, sales, and customer service. He is an active volunteer in Indianapolis. Mr. Florian is a graduate
of Butler University with a degree in Psychology and Business Administration.
Carl is a Butler
basketball and Chicago Bears fan. He and his wife, Susan, had their first child, John, in August 2011.

Larissa Phillips
Mrs. Phillips has over three years of
experience in customer service, sales, and education. She is from Northern Indiana and graduated from Huntington University.
Larissa enjoys spending time with her husband, Will, and their dog, Newt. They enjoy mountain
biking and spending time with friends and family. She also volunteers at her church working with the Youth Group.
Larissa just signed up for the 2012 Mini Marathon which will be her second half marathon.
